Interview
Phone interview followed by one-sided Skype interview. Initial phone interview with Manager went very well. Then had an extremely awkward Skype interview with Swedish Executive Director - he could see me but not vice versa. He came off as very cold, judgemental, arrogant, condescending, and as if he expected a spirit of servitude and fear in his work relationships.
