I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) in Mar 2018
Interview

Question 1
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EF (Education First)
Interview
Overall good people, but I was under the impression from the HR interviewer that the manager would be more flexible on remote work and therefore I moved along in the interview process. However the hiring manger was not flexible on return to office.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EF (Education First)
Interview
The process is fairly easy, people are nice BUT I interviewed there twice the second time was invited to participate in the recruitment process. After what I thought was a good interview I haven’t heard back for weeks. After sending a follow up email I was ignored yet again just to find out a few weeks later that I didn’t get the job. I would advise people recruiting to show a bit more respect to the candidates and always reply to their emails even if you don’t have a straight response yet and still interview other candidates.
