I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA)
Interview
it felt condescending and similar to an interview for a fraternity or a sorority. Very cliquey and then overly 'salesy' sell me this pen type questions and they put me through multiple rounds for no offer
Interviewed twice within the same day, one with office manager and one with country manager. Standard interview questions and received offer the same day. They were in a rush to hire someone to take over the vacancy.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process was really pleasant and efficient. Initially I spoke with two people over the phone, and then in a week I was interviewing in person at the EF office. Everyone was so nice and helpful. After interviewing in person for that role, they reached back out to me to tell me that they really liked me however they saw me excelling more in different role. The woman had already recommended me for that position and I had an interview within that new department in no time. I really appreciated how these employees took the time to realize that I could be a good fit at EF, just in a different role. I just found out that I got that new position! Everyone has been so helpful during the interview process. And they make the process fun too!
