I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was surprised when the interviewer was about the same age I was, the first clue that this is a VERY young company to work for. Everyone is recently out of college, early on in their careers. Interview questions were very basic.

Question 1
"what are your strengths, what is something unique about you, what sets you apart," pretty status quo.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
Weirdest experience ever.
I was interviewed by the hiring manager, I went through 4 stages, I even went in to meet the team, the recruiter told me that they would make me an offer once the hiring manager came back from China. The hiring manager came back from China and they said that they picked someone else (internal? No idea). I was shocked, I have never experienced anything similar, so unprofessional!
When I went to the office the vibe was extremely off, cult-like, on site gym that screamed "you will live here", they demand 4 days a week at the office and when I ask if there was any flexibility around that they said "no but you can take time off" oh really? CRAZY

Question 1
For Godness sake pretend you want to work in a cult and they will hire you
I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Düsseldorf)
Interview
