Je postule et je reçois une proposition d'entretien par la suite. Je prépare mon entretien et l'entretien se déroule convenablement mais assez court je trouve.
Pas de nouvelles, donc au bout d'une semaine je recontacte par mail la personne avec qui j'ai passé un entretien et je reçois 10min après un mail générique m'annonçant que mon profil n'a pas été retenu.
Ca serait bien de prendre plus en considération les gens qui postulent et prennent le temps de passer des entretiens avec au moins un feedback personnel.

Primo colloquio di gruppo con presentazione, passion speech (in cui bisognava presentare una propria passione e venderla a chi ascoltava) e due casi pratici da risolvere in piccoli gruppi. Poi solo per alcuni colloquio finale motivazionale di 15 minuti. Nulla di troppo difficile ma bisognava conoscere bene i programmi offerti dall'azienda e le loro specifiche (opzioni offerte per l'accomodation, distanza famiglia ospitante da campus, etc.).
Secondo colloquio con Responsabile del programma (viaggi studio per ragazzini, 18+, etc.) con domande molto motivazionali e poi caso pratico di una telefonata tipo con un cliente esigente e confuso.
