Interview
[I'm still in the selection process so regarding the question below, I don't know if I'll get an offer but I had to choose something]
For one office there was an interview with an interviewer while for the other the interview was through a webpage where you read a question and then you record yourself answering it. Your have only one go at recording each question but you get 2 minutes to prepare each question before answering. And then you get a minute to answer it while it's recording you. The questions were very interesting, the right amount of fun and a bit of a challenge.
The next step is an online group workshop and then the final round in in-person at the location of the office you applied for.

First step was an online group interview (easy peasy), a second interview was one-on-one (this can either be in person or online depending on your location) and in this step they give u scenario questions, how would u react if XYZ happened. The third step was going to Berlin for a welcome seminar, where they would put you to the test on the last day on the coach bus or you would do a short walk and have to speak about a certain topic. If you get hired, you do a shadowing tour and the rest of the training materials are available online.
