I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
Weirdest experience ever.
I was interviewed by the hiring manager, I went through 4 stages, I even went in to meet the team, the recruiter told me that they would make me an offer once the hiring manager came back from China. The hiring manager came back from China and they said that they picked someone else (internal? No idea). I was shocked, I have never experienced anything similar, so unprofessional!
When I went to the office the vibe was extremely off, cult-like, on site gym that screamed "you will live here", they demand 4 days a week at the office and when I ask if there was any flexibility around that they said "no but you can take time off" oh really? CRAZY

I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Düsseldorf)
Interview
Das Gespräch fand als Videocall statt und ähnelte eher einem Verhör - absolut kein Gespräch auf Augenhöhe! Vorwiegend ging es darum, was von jemandem erwartet wird und nicht um die Qualifikation dieser Person.
