I had a phone interview and then a second one where I was invited to see the office which I thought went pretty well. I got ghosted after the second interview. This is after sending a follow-up message. It was very unexpected coming from my city's "Top Employers" of this year. Very disappointing especially in this job market.

Interview
I interviewed in Oct. 2020 and first went through a 20 minute phone screening with a recruiter with general questions about myself and information about the company. The second interview was set over zoom with the creative director and gave more information about the position, how the department was set up and their goals for the year with questions where needed.

The interview process was really smooth and friendly. I had a first skype call where I presented myself, my experience and skills, and the interviewer described the company and position. Then I did a small task. After that I got an offer in a second skype call.
