1st screening interview 2nd presentation that you prepare on the topic that's been provided, and the panel interview with 3 people I was assigned a topic for my presentation that seemed irrelevant to the job duties and responsibilities outlined in the role's job posting. Nevertheless, I put in my best effort to prepare for the presentation. To my surprise, during the interview, I discovered that the topic I had been given was actually quite similar to the actual job I was applying for. However, it still differed significantly from what was described in the job description. It was disappointing that when I inquired about the role, nobody informed me about the true nature of the job. My background is primarily focused on process engineering, device fabrication, and characterization, which appeared to be highly relevant based on the job description. However, the questions I received during the interview and the actual job itself revolved around power distribution and fixing equipment. The whole process felt like a waste of time, and I hope that the company revises its job description to accurately reflect the responsibilities and tasks associated with the position.
