Applied online and received an email approximately 2 weeks later to set up a phone interview. The HR person I spoke with was very nice, asking me basic interview questions such as why I would be a good fit, what I know about the company, what some of my skills are. A day later I got an email back saying they wanted to set up an in person interview, and I had to fax over about 15 pages of documents to HR. The interview was more or less a tour of the lab, and multiple times I was asked if I was interested in which I said yes. The manager told me they'd make a decision within 3 days as there were other candidates to interview, and HR would be in contact with me regardless if I got the job or not. It is now almost a week later since they said they'd be in contact, and still nothing. I guess it's a good thing I am actively looking or else I feel like I'd be waiting forever.
