The interview itself was quite typical, with questions such as giving examples of collaboration, working under pressure, and achievements. However, the process of organizing the interview felt unprofessional - they invited me on Saturday but then forgot to send the actual invite, and I had to remind them twice. The interview was conducted by three people, which seemed a bit unusual to me, especially for a first interview, but perhaps that is normal here.
