All the rounds had guesstimates and puzzles - followed by HR questions like - why EXL?, why should we choose you? etc. I answered the questions logically -like all meaningful guesstimates, they looked at my problem solving approach and not the final answer. the interviewers were polite and encouraging. Overall it was a good experience.
