I have one thing and one thing alone to say about the interview process with EXL. After going through their interview day they gave me a job offer. I accepted the job offer and then they "put the offer on pause". Subsequently they told me to interview for another team. I did, and then that team ghosted me. One of the worst ways I have ever been treated by a company. Stay away from them.
