3 rounds of interview - Telephonic, F2F and final round with VP. Coordinated and carried out pretty well by an external consultancy.
HR takes lot of time when things have to be completed from their end and persuades you too much when you are required to provide anything.
Pay scale is way too low than the market standards. Retention bonus looks lucrative on paper, but too many strings attached to it.
Quite easy called by some third party, interview scheduled after 1-2 days,Interviewer was very nice and humble. Cooperative and understanding, after a day of interview got an email of documentation from the organisation

There were 3 rounds 1 and 2 being the technical one. Third round be managerial. The question was more theoretical but they expect a practical answer. The team(managerial level )inside are from IIMs and IITs.

I appeared in three rounds : --> Technical Round 1 --> Technical Round 2 --> AVP Round Initially they told I have cleared the rounds but later on they said salary fitment is not possible. This is really weird . They should not conduct the interviews in the first place if they have to give this reply as salary expectations are already shared initially.
