Interview
The interview process consisted of two technical rounds.
The discussions were mainly focused on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
There were questions related to the latest updates in the Salesforce ecosystem, including new features and platform enhancements.
I was also asked several Salesforce Admin-related questions, covering configuration concepts.
Additionally, there were questions on asynchronous processing in Apex, such as Future methods, Queueable, and Batch Apex.
Overall, it was a positive experience. The interviewers were professional, and the discussion was technically engaging and well-structured.

Interview
I shared my resume through a consultant, and shortly after, a recruiter contacted me by phone to confirm my earliest availability. The next morning, I was scheduled for a technical interview. Unfortunately, the interview experience was quite poor. There were no greetings or professional introductions, and the interviewer did not ask questions relevant to the position. Although the interview was supposed to focus on OmniStudio, none of the questions were related to it. Moreover, the interview ended abruptly, as the interviewer did not ask any further questions and simply disconnected without providing any closure.
