The hiring manager was very supportive and had great communication throughout this interview process. However, there was a lack of transparency during the process, the process also wasn't very consistent. It was a very lengthy process, and I feel as though it isn't fair to ask candidates for so much of their time for interviews before they even receive an offer letter.

How do you think your past experience aligns with our culture?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at EXOS (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was contacted within 24 hours of applying. Then the recruiter set a phone interview up for a few days later. The first Interview was over the phone but had to be rescheduled once due to a scheduling conflict of the recruiters. On the call the recruiter was pleasant and asked great initial sourcing questions. We had a brief conversation regarding the company and position at which time I was told that the position had been filled. She did ask if i was interested in any other openings but unfortunately we discovered my needed salary was to high for the current openings.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EXOS (Jersey City, NJ) in Sep 2015
Interview
Online application, reference checks, phone screens, in-person interviews. Strangest interview experience I've ever had in my life: misleading, no follow up despite talking about it, late for interview, extremely unprofessional. I'm still confused about what was going on during this process. Dodged a bullet with this one, I'm relieved it didn't work out.
