Interview
Phone interview, very nice RD. Willing to take time to explain the position and listen to me answer. Genuinely cared. Asked me questions based on my experience as a student as an employee. Great experience, the RD made me feel comfortable like we were having a friend to friend conversation rather than making me nervous or being grilled. Worked with my schedule and availability very well considering we were in different time zones. The phone interview was the only one I experienced as an intern, but you get to meet everybody alter depending on the location you are assigned to. Think of the internship as an extended interview. Take advantage of learning everything from everyone that you can. There is an immense amount of education with EXOS and a good internship could lead to a network of connections that could get you a job later on. The interview is just the beginning.
