Interview
Very chaotic and unorganized. I applied online, received an email at 10am for a phone interview that same day. Arranged a call for 3pm, however the interviewer called at 2pm, I took the call even though I was driving and had to pull over. Everything was rushed through and the interview had no structure. Each question had multiple parts of which none were related and quite honestly confusing, I never knew which part of the question I was supposed to answer. I only got through two questions before I decided this wasn't something I wanted to continue with since the next question was something a candidate would have no knowledge of. After I terminated the interview the interviewer was then very condescending about a past employer and competitors business. Overall very disappointing and this experience has not left a good taste in my mouth to use this company for my children's performance training, I will certainly be looking at other more professional options.
