EY Assurance Staff interview questions

In house interview, including a presentation about the company. 3-45 minute interviews with various levels of management including a partner. lots of behavioral and goal oriented questions.

it was three staged process, first stage we took skills exam where we were checked on the fluency in English, knowledge in accounting, and writing skills. in the second stage, we were interviewed by the senior and management staff, where they assess the team spirit and technical issues that i may have in the company, in the last third stage i got interviewed by the managing partner who mostly questioned on the fitness to the company
