Streamlined process, took less than 2 months. Easy online tests, telephone interview (standard competency questions) and assessment centre. In the AC, partner interview quite relaxing as you discuss your presentation and standard competency questioning but group exercise is quite unusual as you are hypothetically discussing strengths which is difficult if you are used to graphs/numbers.

The online application form was okay, online tests needed practising. However, the interview questions were very vague. The interviewer was friendly and nice. However, I have a bad recruitment experience with EY, because I was not given feedback on my performance although they said they would and I even called them to asked for it.

The interview was about forty five minutes with common questions about competencies but there seemed to be an emphasis on feelings and importance of roomies and how you spend your time.
