I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY (Ottawa, ON) in Sep 2013
Interview
Had several interviews. (2 partners, director, 2 team members). They were very balanced and the interviewers were welcoming. I really appreciated that it felt like a conversation, with both parties involved in the discussion. I was able to speak with everyone on the team, including individuals that I would counsel. I found it very telling of the strong culture that everyone works at as a team, and everyone had input into the process.

Question 1
There wren't anyunexpected questions, however I work in talent and therefore I know what to expect. It was a very solid interview process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY
Interview
First interview was a behavioural interview and the second was a case study which I was sent an hour before and had that time to prep before presenting back to them
Took them so long to get back, and the second round interview is so disappointing. The director just keeps on gaslighting me, totally a waste of time. The interview could have arranged via virtual mode.
Two people in a half an hour interview, specific questions but quite casual. Lasted for half an hour. Heard back about a month later that they would not be progressing with my application
