Interview
Started off with an on-campus interview with a very pleasant recruiter. Talked sports. Most of the time, I was the one asking the questions. Got invited back to a second interview in NYC where about 20-25 others were interviewing. Interviewed with 2 different Managers, different times, 30 minutes each. Had lunch with the "mentor" after. Entire process took about a month.

Two 30 minute behavioral interviews with senior accountants. Only two questions asked per, very conversational. Interviews were back to back. Looking for experiences that can relate to situations that might come up in the intern role.

Zu Beginn des Vorstellungsgespräches stellt sich der Interviewer vor und bittet einen etwas über sich selber zu erzählen. Es folgen spezifische Fragen zu dem Lebenslauf und eventuell einigen Modulen. Als nächstes wurden alternierend fachspezifische Fragen zur Buchhaltung gestellt und Fragen zu EY als Arbeitgeber aber auch zu bestimmten Konzepten welche bei EY verwendet werden.
