Interview
1 screening call from her to confirm notice period and salary expectations / current salary. Said hiring manager very interested in my CV and asked me to share my availability for online interview. Interview was fine, pretty standard interview - Why EY, talk through CV, compentency based questions. Feedback was I scored 5/5 on every metric but they didn’t think my experience was relevant enough so no offer. Quite frustrating as my CV clearly spells out my experience and isn’t misleading in anyway etc.

Interview
First interview was a behavioural interview and the second was a case study which I was sent an hour before and had that time to prep before presenting back to them
Took them so long to get back, and the second round interview is so disappointing. The director just keeps on gaslighting me, totally a waste of time. The interview could have arranged via virtual mode.
Two people in a half an hour interview, specific questions but quite casual. Lasted for half an hour. Heard back about a month later that they would not be progressing with my application
