Interview
First interview was a behavioural interview and the second was a case study which I was sent an hour before and had that time to prep before presenting back to them
A very slow process and it was hard to get hold of people in the team. However everyone I actually engaged with at the interviews was lovely and wanted to genuinely speak about my experiences

Asked me to prepare a presentation about what is impacting the workforce
Took them so long to get back, and the second round interview is so disappointing. The director just keeps on gaslighting me, totally a waste of time. The interview could have arranged via virtual mode.
Two people in a half an hour interview, specific questions but quite casual. Lasted for half an hour. Heard back about a month later that they would not be progressing with my application
