Straight forward and engaging. They ask the basic questions and when you answer them, you actually get into a lengthy conversation with the interviewer. It was not an unpleasant, awkward interview process, that left you thinking whether the person liked you or not at the end.

I went through a phone screening with HR, then an on-site interview. The interview took about 10 - 15 mins, and the hiring process took 4 weeks. They asked about the standard behavior related questions, previous work experience, your knowledge about their company, any banking background, what do you want to be in the future, etc. One of the interviewer was aggressive when questioning while the other sat and smiled. Overall the interview was an average experience, and I think they would hire anyone who is willing to do the work.
