One on-line Test for some simple calculations and IQ test. 1 round interview with direct report. Not much technical questions. More focus on prior experiences. Get prepared for details from prior positions.
a phone screening with HR person first for one hour, then was schedule to have an on-site interview with hiring manager for another hour. Was told next round of interview will be with the senior manager.
