Interview
HR will call for a brief phone interview for pre-screening. Afterwards you will be scheduled for a face to face interview with a couple managers and the department head. You will then be given a scenario of a case and will be asked how to approach (e.g. New loan request) and how you analyze financial statements and how you calculate ratios etc.

In a credit standpoint, what do you think is the most important factor(s)?
The interviewer will call, and then manager call, then onsite interview. The onsite interview will let you interact with manager of different team. And then, the final round. Then the interviewer will contact you.
Two ppl interviewed one senior one manager totally different than he explained manager was totally out of line asking irrelavant questions spend time energy did not enjoy it did not like it
Quick, asked relevant questions to the posting, mindful of time. Left with a good sense of what the team was looking for and what next steps were. Met expectations fully.
