I found the posting on LinkedIn and I believe I applied on their website. A recruiter emailed me maybe a week or so later asking to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was quick - the recruiter asked why I wanted to work there and what my desired pay range was. We scheduled a virtual interview with the practice manager for a few days later. The second interview was with the practice manager as well as the current employee working that role, who was about to take a hiatus from the position. They described the company and the position and then asked me many questions about myself. The interview overall had a very friendly vibe and I felt like they were both very interested in learning about me as a person, more so than about my work experience (which I was grateful for, because I did not have much relevant experience).
