I went to the location of el pollo loco and I went in and asked for a job application and I applied. The next day the manager of the restaurant called me for an interview for the following day in the after noon. I showed up answer a couple of questions and I got hired right away because they were in need of cashiers.

Interview
The interview was a very smooth and quick process. Very straight-forward and very open and honest about what they are looking for in an employee. Simple questions and overall an excellent interview.

One thing they asked me was what does a team mean to me.
The interview was quick and easy, they get straight to the point and ask how you feel about working there and as well as what days you are free to work. After that they explain what the position holds and how you should hold yourself when working.
