The interview process was straight forward and easy. They asked typical interview questions. Manager was very welcoming and provided great information on what the job entails. They did push to see if you would be both customer service and a teacher.

Group open interview. General scenario and personal experience-based questions to each employee based on position applied for and a fun 'game' included. Very upbeat, unassuming and comfortable. 2nd interview was a 'working' one, spent 45 min shadowing employees and interacting with employees and customers. Made me want to work there!
