Interview
It took just a little over a month from the moment I applied for positions on the company website to getting an offer, which I accepted. The whole process was seamless, transparent, and efficient. Overall a positive and professional experience, and I actually enjoyed all the interviews. I'm looking forward to starting.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had one phone interview followed by two in-person interviews (two managers each time). All questions were what one would expect for the position, some more challenging than others, a few on the theme of: describe a mistake you made and how you corrected it. The questions are designed to reveal how you would handle yourself and represent the company while doing your job.
The interview process was straight forward. About 3 rounds of interviews. One with recruiter, second with manager and then a last one was with team lead. Very easy process, everyone was very professional and informative

Easy and Quick! I can’t complain, there was an initial phone call and then two video interviews after within a week of each other. I was offered the job via email a few days later.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Empower (Greenwood Village, CO) in Sep 2018
Interview
Submitted my Resume, I heard back from an HR person quickly and was set up with an interview with department manager quickly as well. Very smooth process, I sat down with the department manager for about an hour, went over my resume and experience, he then went over position applied for and asked for some past experiences to make sure that I was able to do the job and be successful in it. Very friendly and open communication during and after the 1:1 interview. Offer was made pretty quickly and start date was at my request.
