The interview process was very straightforward. There was an initial phone screen, another round with four back-to-back interviews (30 min. each) with the members of the team I would be working with, and I even got to speak with the company president before making my decision.

Mostly questions about my workstyle to ensure compatibility with the team, and about why I want to work for them. They are looking for long-term employees that are dedicated to their mission. I did not encounter any questions that were difficult or unexpected.
