There was an initial phone screening that lasted 30 min, where I was asked typical interview questions. I heard back 24 hours later and was scheduled for an interview with 2 of Energy Solutions employees in Marketing. They were very nice and it was easy to speak with them. They said there would have been 1 more round of interviews. I was told I would hear back in the next week/ week and a half, but I heard back about 2 and a half weeks later, which I was annoyed with, but it was fine. Unfortunately I did not get to the next round of interviews, but overall I had a pleasant interview experience.
