1st round interview - zoom call with hiring manager(s), they gave me a program overview and spent most of the time talking before asking me some Qs editing test (edit a few paragraphs describing a program, with goal of improving clarity) 2nd round interview with higher-up - this one was scheduled for 5PM on a Friday after a scheduling conflict that had it set for earlier in the day. I did not perform well in this interview because I was so tired from the work week leading into it, and it felt inappropriate of them to schedule at that time. Next time I would decline interviewing at that time.
