I applied online. I interviewed at Energy Solutions (Chicago, IL) in May 2025
Interview
Interview was broken into 3 parts: screener and then two calls with four members of the team. The questions were relevant to the role and were a mix of behavioral/situational; however, the communication from the HR side was horrible. Expect forever to hear back, if at all.

Tell us about your experience translating complex information into various marketing/communications materials.
I applied online. I interviewed at Energy Solutions in Nov 2024
Interview
Applied online, met with interview panel.
Panel did not take the time to really explain the role or how it would ultimately fit into the organization. They also didn't ask any questions about executing 'real work' in terms of communications or providing a solid product.
All they wanted to hear about was how I could speak into DEI initiatives and made it clear with their pro-Berkley stance posters in the background that's all they were interested in hearing.
Look, I'm left-leaning, too, but it would have been nice to be considered for the work I can do and value I can provide. Clearly the joke is on me.
So, hey, if you want a job and you're to qualified, go for it. Just hang a Ruth Bader-Ginsburg poster in the background.
