I filled out an application online and a week later received an invitation for an interview. I had to click on a link that took me to the recruiter’s Calendar and choose a date and time. I picked a time and was asked a series of lengthy questions and by the time I finished, my chosen time slot was taken and I had to start over. This happened two more times until I decided to put all my answers in word and copy and paste them over. I had to be super fast and was finally able to get an interview that was two months out. Two months later, I’m ready for my phone interview and the recruiter stands me up and won’t reply to my emails. I knew a girl that worked there, so she sent an email and a week later that recruiter gives me a call and we setup an interview in teams with the company. I’ve never used teams and asked if this was something I needed to download and she said no, you will just click the link in the email I send. The interview came, and I was not able to log in because I didn’t have an app installed. I finally had to call in to the meeting but now I’m late. It was just a disaster overall and I never heard back from anyone. I do not know how this recruiter keeps her job because she has ruined the company for me and I was really excited and hopeful to work there.
