Went through a screening call plus 2 rounds and was told there would still be "several" more rounds. Ultimately decided that wasn't a place I wanted to work if they couldn't make decisions and take action in a timely manner.

Followed the structure of a phone screen with recruiter, 1-1 with the team lead then panel that was 4-1 where I did a small sales presentation. Nothing was overly difficult or pressure cooker, very conversational and curious about my process and way I think.

Easy interview process. Everyone was great with communication. 10/10 experience. It took less than two weeks to go through the whole process. I appreciate them being so understanding and accommodating.
