First stage was a call with a HR member who was really lovely and followed up afterwards. The next stage was a call with three consultants which was very relaxed. They did reiterate there could be long hours and staying late after work and you would need to be comfortable with this. They did give feedback the following week which I thought was good. This said I was familiar with the company however in the future they advise preparing more for interviews (when I had done plenty of prep). In the second stage I was not asked any specific questions, it was more about willingness to travel and adaptability to working hours and working late. At times the interviewers did seem a little uninterested and didn’t have many positive things to say about the role.

The recruiter was extremely helpful and responded quickly to my application. My first interview was scheduled with a manager who asked several general questions about my science and data background.
