First stage was a call with a HR member who was really lovely and followed up afterwards. The next stage was a call with three consultants which was very relaxed. They did reiterate there could be long hours and staying late after work and you would need to be comfortable with this. They did give feedback the following week which I thought was good. This said I was familiar with the company however in the future they advise preparing more for interviews (when I had done plenty of prep). In the second stage I was not asked any specific questions, it was more about willingness to travel and adaptability to working hours and working late. At times the interviewers did seem a little uninterested and didn’t have many positive things to say about the role.

Application/cover letter and then a screening call followed by an interview. The screening call went over basic questions like why this job role, why this company and gives you some information about the company and the role itself. This is with someone within HR - not a hiring manager. She is lovely and easy to talk to. Unfortunately I did not progress on to the next stage and did not receive any feedback. I felt the call went well and the interviewer was nodding along to my answers and seemed to respond positively so it would've been helpful to receive feedback on this step. It took 3 weeks to hear back with a rejection.
