I applied online on their career site. They got back to me in a matter of a week. We had a very simple phone interview where they asked about my life and interests in the company. This part is standard and easy. Within the week I had to take an online test through ProctorU where they take over you screen and make sure you don't cheat on anything. You should expect a personality test, a logic puzzle assortment with some passages to read, and for some people a coding section. - This is pseudocode - i applied to Epic twice and the first time i bombed the coding section hardcore. Anyhow in two weeks they reached out to fly me out to their headquarters. The place was really nice, they took care of us, dined us, etc. On the interview day, you are there with 10-15 candidates from different positions and go through a company overview, a group talk with a current PM, a tour around the facility, some dank group lunch with a employee, a one on one talk with a PM, a 10 minute presentation on whatever topic you want, and then a one on one with you HR to discuss pay and some normal goals and strengths questions. I liked the place a lot. You should hear back within a week whether or not you'll get in. Good Luck and make sure to be a personality that radiates through the room! **Please go to dinner the night before with some employees - you'll have a calm wash over you that helps you be confident the next day. They tell you everything you shouldn't worry about essentially. Also get a good nights sleep and DO NOT EAT THE HOTEL BREAKFAST!!!! Everyone shat their brains out right before the interviews.
