I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jan 2013
Interview
After submitting my resume and completing a Rembrandt Profile (~20 min assessment), I was contacted a week later to setup a phone interview. The interview was with a Technical Services Analyst who asked me about my resume. Less than a week later I was invited for an on-site interview. You fly out the day before and have an option to have dinner with an employee. The day of the interview is a marathon. It started off with a company overview presentation, followed by a tour of their campus (which is amazing) and then a software demonstration. I then had to take an assessment, which was cut short by lunch. Following lunch I had a technical case study and a wrap-up interview with HR. At this point I was allowed to resume my assessment as well as complete a new one. After all of this you are finally done. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. You meet new new employees at every step of the day and they do their best to make you feel comfortable and have your questions answered.
Lastly, they said they would contact me in two weeks so I am still waiting.
Phone interview with someone in the role followed by aptitude based exam. After scoring sufficiently on aptitude exam, more recruiter interviews and on-site visit.
The recruiter/phone interviews were fairly standard and aptitude exam is something you have to just go in blind to
