The phone interview went really well. Very standard and easy questions. They tell you a lot about the position and how much you’ll be traveling.
The assessments, however, were very stressful. A few portions are timed (2 minutes on the first section for 10 logic questions) and another portion was timed (5 min for 30 questions). Both times I ran out with questions left unanswered. The coding portion was very difficult in my opinion. It’s been 4/5 years since my last math class and it wasn’t basic comprehension for sure. Really hope I get past this part but unsure I will with the difficulty of the coding portion.

Why did you select the university you went to? Why do you want to work for Epic?
Interview was 3 hours long. It started with a general introduction of the company with 2 different people, then a 10 min case study on how you would approach a project followed by a presentation on a topic of your choice and finally the interview segment with the HR.
Incredibly long and tedious process; it honestly just felt like whoever could last the whole time got the job, because it felt that much of a test. The "interview" was information session after information session, and the actual interview wasn't even that hard. I think it is highly dependent on your test score.
