      Business Intelligence Developer/Reporting Engineer Interview

      Mar 9, 2013
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Verona, WI
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jan 2013

      Interview

      1. Submitted my resume in a career fair in university 2. Online personality test 3. Phone interview approx 30 mins asking about my resume and other hr questions 4. Proctored exam approx 2-3 hours long about computer programming, the questions are okay but one question in programming part I find to be difficult. you are being evaluated based on speed/time and accuracy. 5. On-site interview with more exams for half-day, flight and hotel expense paid by Epic. Has optional dinner with other candidates on the night before. Interview with current reporting engineer there and hr. had tour of the place/campus and their software. took math and english assessments. Bring three references and completed application form. I thought I did great. Didn't even get nervous during the interview. Received a voicemail one week after the on-site interview saying that they moved on with other candidates, the reason? they said it's confidential.
