started by applying online. took a 20 minute online assesment. then i was emailed about scheduling a phone interview. phone interview was relaxed. lasted about 30 minutes. mostly about verifying application information. after that you may be asked to take a skills test. this is a 3 hour proctored test. if you do good on that afterthey will schedule you for an onsite interview / tour.
