Applied at career fair, received email to schedule phone interview, then links to about 2-3 hours of personality tests and skills assessments. The phone screening had about 5 minutes of typical interview questions, followed by 20 minutes of me just talking to the interviewer learning more about the role. The next step would be an onsite interview at their campus.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the role (especially relevant since people don't tend to have degrees specific to this position)
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit about yourself and why you’re interested in this role?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
