Interview
A recruiter reached out on Handshake. The initial application was easy. They quickly scheduled a phone call and online assessment (felt low pressure but the timed sections were fast!) They very quickly offered an on campus visit, which was very relaxed. The most intensr part was a case study where they asked about scheduling and managing clients.
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
