I applied online, and within a week got an e-mail for a phone interview. I set up the phone interview for the following week. I can't say it was an easy interview, as I didn't get an offer. But it was primarily about my work experience. I must have done alright, because then came the assessments.. and disclaimer: I have never gotten a job when there are assessments involved. I don't know what it is but I just freeze and am terrible at them. That being said, these assessments were TOUGH. There was one about software developing or programing that I"m sure I just absolutely BOMBED. I hoped it wouldn't matter since I wasn't applying for anything to do with developing or programming but I was wrong. Bummer, seems like a cool company to work for! Best of luck to everyone else!
