Interview
I receieved an email saying they were interested in having me apply for the Technical Services positions and they wanted to have a p hone interview.
Phone interview: Seemed like a formality. The lady was very nice and a had a checklist of things to ask me. I asked a few basic questions and she asked me mostly questions about myself, my senior design engineering project and what I was looking for in terms of ajob/why epic.
Skills Assessment: Math/logic and timed two minute test were relatively easy. I get the feeling you should be getting most of these questions right. The coding part was a little difficult for me, as only having experience with MATLAB. But I think i passed because I showed that I could think through the problem, I just didn't currently have the coding skillset to actually solve it. Then there was a part where they teach you a new coding language and you have to answer questions as you go to test your understanding. This was silghtly tricky at times, but overall not bad. I wish I did that part first, so that I would be a little bit more warmed up for the coding part.
I'm currently in the process of setting up my onsite interview.
