Interview
phone interview lasted 20 mins. questions about experience with focus on academic achievement and SATs (why? dont know how that's that important with the skill set and school I attended....which is ranked quite high for the U.S., and considering my education and a successful career). They wanted GRE scores and everything. The second stage was to take some kind of standardized intelligence test. I thought this was a little dumb, so I told them I didn't want the job.

First was a brief phone interview, then an online assessment, then they flew me out to Madison, WI for an interview. The assessment was very intrusive. They have you use an online proctoring system that forces you to allow the third party company employees to take remote control of your system.

After messaging you online to get you to apply and interview, there is a 30 minute interview, which is a phone conversation. After this interview, you have to take online assessments, which include a coding assessment and other logical tests. If these tests go well, you move onto further interviews
