I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2020
Interview
Initially reached out to by a recruiter for PM. Took online exam and was called back within 2 days for phone interview. Another week later and received call from recruiting coordinator asking me to fly out to HQ in Wisconsin to interview for TSE and PM. They pay for everything, including food and transportation. It was snowing and cold that day, so we weren't able to do the full tour, but they still took us around the buildings using the underground tunnels. Campus is like a giant adult playground, and you will have a "guide" with you at all times, so basically the entire day you're being watched. Overall, was a pleasant experience and everyone seemed nice. Was given offer 2 weeks later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you prefer managing long term relationships at a high level or short term assignments?
The application process consisted of 2 assessments. The first assessment consisted of 4 parts: a 2-minute answer as many questions, a math/logic section, a technical learning section, and a coding section. About a week after the assessment, I received a final interview invite. I also had a complete another assessment that was much shorter than the first.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit about yourself and why you’re interested in this role?
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.
